Qualification Details:
(i) Assistant General Manager :
- The candidates must have passed Graduate, Post Graduate, (ACA/ACS/ICWA) – preferably with JAIIB/CAIIB, a Minimum of 20 years of Banking experience, having a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Chief Manager cadre, with expertise in credit. or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
(ii) Senior Managers / Chief Managers :
- The candidates must have passed Graduate, Post Graduate – preferably with JAIIB/CAIIB, minimum 3 years of banking experience, a minimum 5 years of banking experience as a Senior Manager in New Generation Bank, and have the skill set in processing credit proposals, skill set in processing credit proposals, or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
(iii) Manager/ Deputy Manager :
- The candidates must have passed Graduate, Post Graduate – preferably with JAIIB/CAIIB, minimum 3 years of banking experience as an Officer, minimum 5 years of banking experience as Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager in New Generation Bank, and have the skill set in processing credit proposals. or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
(vi) Assistant Managers :
- The candidates must have passed Graduate, Post Graduate – preferably with JAIIB/CAIIB with a minimum 3 years of banking experience with adequate knowledge in credit and handling credit proposals, or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
