Qualification Details:

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketing, to gather requirements and translate them into visually compelling and user-friendly designs.
- Design and iterate user interfaces for our dashboard, landing pages, and various digital products, ensuring a consistent and seamless user experience.
- Create eye-catching and on-brand graphics and assets for social media platforms, blogs, and other promotional materials, contributing to the overall marketing efforts.
- Assist designers in maintaining our comprehensive UI Kit.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and continuously improve the user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative design solutions.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of designs, providing support and clarification as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong visual design skills, with an exceptional eye for typography, color, and composition. This makes the base of a great design.
- 1-2 years of professional experience as a Product Designer or similar role, preferably in a SaaS or dev tools environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, with a particular focus on UI design and digital marketing assets.
- Expertise in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and the ability to create designs optimized for various screen sizes and resolutions.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
