Qualification Details:
(i) Senior Manager (Civil) :
- Candidates must have passed a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, 9 years of experience, or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
(ii) Senior Manager (Human Resources & Administration) :
- Candidates must have passed a Diploma, post-Graduate Degree in HR or Personnel Management or Industrial Relations or Labour Welfare or Social Work of experience, 9 years of experience or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
(iii) Officer (Sales) :
- Candidates must have passed a B. Sc. Degree in Agriculture with 60% marks. or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
(iv) Management Trainee (Chemical) :
- Candidates must have passed a Degree in Engineering/ Chemical Engineering/ Petrochemical Engineering/ Chemical Technology/ Petrochemical Technology with 60% marks. or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
(v) Management Trainee (Electrical) :
- Candidates must have passed a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics or Electrical & Instrumentation), with 60% marks. or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
(vi) Management Trainee (Instrumentation) :
- Candidates must have passed a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (in Instrumentation or Instrumentation & Control or Electronics & Instrumentation or Electrical & Instrumentation), with 60% marks. or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
(vii) Management Trainee (Marketing) :
