DETAILS OF ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS IN IIT Madras RECRUITMENT 2024
Qualification Details:
(i) Chief Security Officer (Group A):
- Candidates must have passed the Master’s degree with 55% marks or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
(ii) Assistant Registrar (Group A):
- Candidates must have passed the Master’s degree with 55% marks or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
(iii) Sports Officer (Group A):
- Candidates must have passed the Graduate with a Master’s degree in Physical Education/ Sports Science with at least 55% marks, or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
(iv) Junior Superintendent (Group B):
- Candidates must have passed the Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Science or Humanities including Commerce with at least 60% marks or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
(v) Assistant Security Officer (Group B):
- Candidates must have passed the Bachelor’s degree with 60% marks or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
(vi) Physical Training Instructor (Group B):
- Candidates must have passed the Graduate with a Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed) or equivalent with at least 60% marks or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
(vii) Junior Assistant (Group C):
- Candidates must have passed the Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Science or Humanities including Commerce with at least 60% marks or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
(viii) Cook (Group C):
- Candidates must have passed the B.Sc in Hotel Management & Catering Technology with at least 60% marks or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
(ix) Driver (Group C):
- Candidates must have passed the 10+2 with a light & heavy-duty driving license with a badge plus 2 years of experience or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
(x) Security Guard (Group C):
- Candidates must have passed the SSLC with Physical fitness standards. NCC Certification. or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
