Qualification Details:
(i) Deputy Registrar :
- Candidates must have passed a Master’s degree with a minimum of 55% marks, 5 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar, 9 above years of experience as Assistant Professor in the Academic, or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- Note: Chartered Accountant (CA)
(ii) Superintending Engineer :
- Candidates must have passed a Degree, B.E, B.Tech, M.E, M.Tech in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 55% with 5 years of experience, or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(iii) Deputy Librarian :
- Candidates must have passed a Degree, Master’s Degree, or Ph.D., with at least 55% of the marks, or equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(iv) Technical Officer/ Scientific Officer :
- Candidates must have passed a Diploma, Master’s Degree, B.E, B.Tech, M.E, M.Tech in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 55%, Degree, Ph.D. with 3 years of experience, Degree, Ph.D. with 3 years of experience or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- Candidates must have passed a Diploma, B.E, B.Tech, M.E, M.Tech in Chemical, Biochemical Engineering, Chemical Technology with a minimum of 55%, Degree, Ph.D. in Chemical, Biochemical Engineering, Chemical Technology with 3 years of experience or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(v) Medical Officer :
- Candidates must have passed a Degree, M.B.B.S with a minimum of 55%, Indian Medical Council (IMC) with 3 years of experience or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(vi) Assistant Registrar :
- Candidates must have passed a Master’s degree with a minimum of 55% marks, with 6 years of experience, and knowledge of computer office applications or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.

- Candidates must have passed a Degree, Master in Physical Education, or Sports Science with a minimum of 55% marks with 3 years of experience, or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(x) Senior Library Information Assistant :
- Candidates must have passed a Degree, Master in Library/Information Science, B. Lib. or B. Lib. Info. S, with a minimum of 55% marks, or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(xi) Junior Superintendent :
- Candidates must have passed a Degree, Master, Typing speed in 60 wpm and 100 wpm, Knowledge of computer applications (MS Office) is must, or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(xii) Junior Accountant :
- Candidates must have passed a Degree, Master’s with a minimum of 55% marks, and have must g knowledge of accounting software or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(xiii) Junior Mechanic/ Junior Technician :
- Candidates must have passed a Diploma, Degree, B.E, B.Tech, or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(xiv) Junior Assistant :
- Candidates must have passed a Bachelor’s Degree, Working knowledge of computers, or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(xv) Junior Attendant :
- Candidates must have passed a 10th with one year of experience, Working knowledge of computers, or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(xvi) Public Relations Officer :
- Candidates must have passed a Master’s degree with at least 55% marks, a variety of computer office applications like MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc. Excellent command over English (spoken and written), or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
