Qualification Details:

(i) Store Keeper:

• A person serving under the Central Government Holding analogous posts regularly or Holding the posts carrying Pay Level 2 in the Pay Matrix with six years of regular service in the grade.
• Three years experience in handling Stores and keeping accounts in a store in any recognized firm or Central or State Government Organization or Public Sector Undertaking.

(ii) Sarang Lascar :

• A person serving under the Central or State Government Holding analogous posts regularly or Holding posts carrying Pay Level 1 in the Pay Matrix with eight years of regular service in the grade.
• Essential. Certificate of competency as Sarang from a recognized Government Institute or equivalent.
• Desirable. Two years experience as Sarang in charge of a Vessel of twenty Horse Power.

Required Age Limit:

• Maximum Age: 56 years
