Qualification Details:
- Candidates must have passed the Any Graduates, B.com with 4 – 6 years of Experience or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
Job Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication skills to attend/resolve client issues on calls/chat/mail.
- Follow the documented procedures, understanding of Client processes, active team player with good communication and documentation skills.
- Developing risk management strategies and handling internal and external audit queries
- Following up on compliance issues that require investigation
- Reporting and maintain on compliance targets
- Good Knowledge of relevant F&A Processes
- Problem solving skills with experience in handling audits.
- Handles level 2/3 escalations with process owners , forms informal networks within the client organizations and anticipates and plans for future challenges/issues wth the process owners IN ORDER TO ensure strong customer relationships
- Conducts internal and external governance, Monitors adherence by team within the specific process(es) in order to sustain delivery predictability.
- Conducts periodic reviews with team, Monitors daily dashboards, Provides guidance and support to the team in order to ensure delivery predictability.
- Fluency in English language &Good Business awareness, Teamwork, Adaptability, time management
- Should be flexible in work irrespective of General shift
