• Candidates must have passed a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, and a Master’s degree with 2 – 4 years of experience. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.

Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the facilities and overseeing the daily administrative operations
• Overseeing the cleaning, landscaping, and parking teams
• Instructing team members on the best practices for maintaining the property
• Prepares and schedules training to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics.
• Ensuring coherent availability and utilization of resources in areas like transport, canteen and waste disposal.
• Negotiating annual maintenance contracts and renewing insurance for maintenance
• Coordination with professionals for repairs for the building, equipment, or machinery
• Must be a well-organized, detail and customer (internal and external) oriented self-starter
• Ensuring the property meets local and industry-specific safety guidelines
• Performing regular inspections to ensure the building is functioning correctly
• Audit management: Internal & external facilities audit, engagement audit – furnishing / providing required artifacts and documents and also closing identified observation & NC’s within specified SLA’s.
