DETAILS OF ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS IN MOIL RECRUITMENT 2024
Qualification Details:
(i) Graduate Trainee (Mines):
- Candidates must have passed the B.E/B. Tech in Mining or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(ii) Graduate Trainee (Mechanical):
- Candidates must have passed the B.E/B. Tech in Mechanical or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(iii) Graduate Trainee (Electrical):
- Candidates must have passed the B.E/B. Tech in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics /Electronics & Telecommunications/ Power or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(iv) Management Trainee (Geology):
- Candidates must have passed the Post Graduate in Geology/ Applied Geology or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(v) Graduate Trainee (Process) i. Chemical ii. Metallurgy iii. Mineral Processing:
- Candidates must have passed the B.E/B. Tech in Chemical and metallurgical Engineering or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(vi ) Management Trainee (Materials):
- Candidates must have passed the Post Graduate Diploma (2 years) in Materials Management Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, MBA in Materials Management or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(vii) Management Trainee (Contract Management):
- Candidates must have passed the PG Diploma in Finance/Materials Management. Graduate in any Engineering, MBA in Finance/Materials Management, or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(viii) Management Trainee (Personnel/Welfare):
- Candidates must have passed the P.G.Degree/Diploma (2 years duration) in IRPM/Master in Labour Studies, P.G. Degree in Social Work with specialization in Labour Welfare, Personnel Management, and Industrial, MBA with specialization in Personnel Management /HR/HRD or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(ix) Management Trainee (Finance & Accounts):
- Candidates must have passed the CA/ICWA/CMA or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(x) Manager (Survey):
- Candidates must have passed the Diploma in Mining & Mine Surveying/ Diploma in Civil Engineering and graduate or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
