- Perform duty manager, and situation manager roles
- Perform 24X7 Monitoring using Customer provided monitoring tools
- Respond and resolve to s and events presented via automation/monitoring
- Knowledge of Network Windows, Database server (SQL Oracle), UNIX, and Batch Job Monitoring/Scheduling
- Assist with the coordination and implementation of scheduled changes and task lists.
- Respond to reports of customer impact received either directly from the customer, the helpdesk, or other internal/external support teams or automated solutions.

- Job Summary – Basic understanding of Batch job monitoring, Unix with basic Python Scripting knowledge, servers, SQL, and network, to investigate events & perform the L1 task.
