- Candidates must have passed a Ex-Apprentices of AOCP Trade possessing Ordnance factories training/experience in manufacturing and military handling explosives and also an Ex-trade apprentice of AOCP trade trained in Ordnance Factories of erstwhile Ordnance Factory Board possessing NAC / NTC Certificate issued by NCTVT (now NCVT) or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
