Qualification Details:
(i) CPL:
- Candidates must have passed the 12th standard in English or Mathematics or Physics. or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
(ii) General Manager (HR & Admin):
- Candidates must have passed a Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a Graduate Degree or Diploma in Industrial Relations or Personnel Management with 15 years of post-qualification experience or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
(iii) General Manager (Operations):
- Candidates must have passed a CHPL or ATPL (H), 5000 hours or more of helicopter flight time (3000 hours as PIC + IR), with 20 hours of night flying experience and 15 years of experience or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
(iv) General Manager (Flight Safety):
- Candidates must have passed a Graduate Degree in Aeronautical Mechanical or Electrical or Electronics or Electronics and Communication with 15 years of experience or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
(v) Jt. General Manager (HR & Admin):
- Candidates must have passed a Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Industrial Relations or Personnel Management with 12 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field. or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
(vi) Jt. General Manager (Finance & Accounts):
- Candidates must have passed a Degree in the field of Chartered Accountant or Institute of Cost and Works Accountants or Master of Business Administration in the field of Finance with 12 years of post-qualification experience or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
(vii) Jt. General Manager (Materials):
- Candidates must have passed a Graduate Degree in B.E or B. Tech in the relevant field or Master’s Degree in the field of Business Administration or Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in the field of Materials Management with 12 years of post-qualification experience or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
