Qualification Details:
- Candidates must have passed a CA Inter / M.com with 2 – 4 years of experience or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as in charge of anything and everything related to GST. The candidate needs to have an in-depth knowledge of GST laws, Rules, etc.
- Managing and filing indirect tax returns as per defined norms and timelines.
- Taking care of Books vs Returns filed on a monthly and annual basis.
- Take care of ITC Reconciliations.
- Address queries, information requests, and clarifications on indirect tax sought by internal stakeholders, consultants, auditors, etc.
- Handle departmental audits, inquiries, and similar interventions. Also, to manage all tax notices, assessments, disputes, and GST disputes.
- Manage GST audits.
- Participate in the review/drafting of the tax clauses in the contracts.
- Institutionalize a strong MIS reporting on Indirect Taxes.
- Drive process optimization through automation as relevant.
- Manage the Direct tax compliances, including but not limited to Advance Tax, TDS, and Filings, etc.
