Qualification Details:
(i) Additional Director (Financial Transaction) :
- Candidates must have passed a Chartered Accountant Or Cost and Management Accountant or Company Secretary Or Chartered Financial Analyst or Master Of Business Administration Or Master in Business Economics or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Finance) or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(ii) Joint Director (Capital Market) :
- Candidates must have passed a Chartered Accountant or Company Secretary or Chartered Financial Analyst or Cost and Management Account or Master of Business Administration (Finance) or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Finance) with 8 years of experience in capital market or merchant banking, or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(iii) Joint Director (Forensic Audit) :
- Candidates must have passed Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant or Master in Business Administration (Finance) or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Finance) or Master in Business Economics or Master in Commerce with 8 years of experience in capital market or merchant banking, or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(iv) Deputy Director (Investigation) :
- Candidates must have passed a Degree with 5 years of experience in law, investigation of economic offenses, and collection of intelligence thereto, or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(v) Deputy Director (Corporate Law) :
- Candidates must have passed a Degree in any discipline and a bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) with 2 years of experience, an Integrated bachelor’s degree in law with 3 years of experience, a Bachelor’s Degree in any subject, and a Company Secretary from Institute of Company Secretaries of India with 3 years experience. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(vi) Senior Assistant Director (Investigation):
- Candidates must have passed a bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of experience in the enforcement of regulatory law investigation of economic offenses and collection of intelligence thereto. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(vii) Senior Assistant Director (Capital Market):
- Candidates must have passed Chartered Accountant or Cost and Management Accountant or Chartered Financial Analyst or Master of Business Administration (Finance) or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Finance) or Company Secretary with 2 years of experience, or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(viii) Assistant Director (Law):
- Candidates must have passed a Graduate in any discipline plus a bachelor’s degree in Law with 1 year of experience, an Integrated graduate in Law with 2 years of experience, or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(ix) Assistant Director (Investigation):
- Candidates must have passed a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience, or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
