- Candidates must have passed a Degree in Civil Engineering or the equivalent from a recognized Board.

- Candidates must have passed a Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
(iii) General Manager (Architecture & Planning):
- Candidates must have passed a Degree in Architecture or the equivalent from a recognized Board.

- Candidates must have passed a Degree in Architecture or the equivalent from a recognized Board.

- Candidates must have passed a CA/ICWA, MBA (Finance)/ PGDM (Finance) or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
