DETAILS OF ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS IN NIFT RECRUITMENT 2024
Qualification Details:
(I) Assistant Warden – Girls
- Candidates must have passed the Graduate, 1 year experience as Assistant Warden in an Educational Institution under Central Government/ State Government/ Autonomous Bodies or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(II) Stenographer Gr.-III
- Candidates must have passed the Graduate, Minimum 2 years experience, Proficiency in Computer Operation or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(III) Assistant (F&A)
- Candidates must have passed the Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with 2 years experience in Finance and Accounts, Master’s Degree in Commerce with 1 year experience in Finance and Accounts, Working Knowledge of Accounting Software or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(IV) Assistant (Admin)
- Candidates must have passed the Graduate, 2 years experience in Administration, Typing speed of at least 40 wpm in English/ Hindi or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(V) Library Assistant
- Candidates must have passed the Graduate with Diploma in Library Science, Bachelors’ Degree in Library Science with 1 year Experience in a wellestablished Library or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(VI) Nurse (Female)
- Candidates must have passed the B.Sc (Hons.) in Nursing, B.Sc (Nursing) with Six months experience in minimum fifty bedded hospital, Diploma in General Nursing and midwifery with 2.5 years experience in minimum fifty bedded hospital, Registered as Nurse or Nurse and midwifery (RN or RN and RM) with State Nursing Council or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(VII) Machine Mechanic
- Competency – A Department of Fashion Technology/ Fashion Design/ Knitwear Design: Candidates must have passed the 10th or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- Professional Qualification: Candidates must have passed the 3 Year Diploma after 10th in Mechanical Engineering/ Mechatronics Engineering/ Instrumentation Technology, 2 Year Diploma after 10th in Machinist/ Mechanic Machine Tools/ Technician Maintenance/ Textile Mechatronics, 2 Year Diploma after 12th in Instrument Mechanic/ Mechanic Industrial Electronics, Full time six months NCVT certificate in Industrial Sewing Machine Technician (NSQF Level-3) or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- Competency – C (Fashion & Lifestyle Accessories/ Foundation Programme): Candidates must have passed the 10th or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- Professional Qualification: Candidates must have passed the 2 years Diploma after 10th in trade of Fitter/ Turner/ Machinist/ Mechanic/ Tools & Die Maker (NSQF level 5), 3 years Diploma after 10th in Mechanical Engineering branch or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- Competency – D Leather Design: Candidates must have passed the 10th or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- Professional Qualification: Candidates must have passed the 3 years Diploma after 10th in Mechanical Engineering/ Mechatronics Engineering/ Instrumentation Technology, 2 years Diploma after 10th in Machinist/ Mechanic Machine Tools Maintenance/ Technician Mechatronics/ Textile Mechatronics, 2 years Diploma after 12th in Instrument Mechanic/ Mechanic Industrial Electronics, Full time Six months NCVT certificate in Industrial Sewing Machine Technician or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(VIII) Junior Assistant
- Candidates must have passed the 12th, Computer proficiency, Diploma in Computer or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(IX) Lab Assistant
- Competency – A Department of Fashion Technology, Fashion Design & Knitwear Design: Candidates must have passed the 10th or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- Professional Qualification: Candidates must have passed the 1 or 2 Years Diploma after 10th/ /ITI in Apparel Manufacturing Technology, Sewing Technology, Fashion Design and Technology, 1 year Certificate after 8th in Cutting and Sewing, n Pattern Making Engineering, 1 year Certificate after 12th in Clothing Production Technology (CPT), Garment Production Technology & Apparel Design (GPTAD), Fashion & Cutting Technology (FCT), FIAI and other relevant program or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- Competency -C1 Fashion & Lifestyle Accessories/ Foundation Programme: Candidates must have passed the 10th or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- Professional Qualification: Candidates must have passed the 2 years Diploma after 10th/ ITI in Additive Manufacturing Technician/ turner-/fitter-machinist, 1 year Certificate/ ITI in Leather Goods maker/carpentry, Skill of pattern making & construction, components, costing, processes materials in leather goods industry, Skill of furniture making handicraft, with full knowledge of production, finishes, equipment, tools and machinery or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- Competency -C2 Fashion & Lifestyle Accessories: Candidates must have passed the 10th or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- Professional Qualification: Candidates must have passed the 2 Years Diploma after 10th/ ITI in the trade of Jewel or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- Competency – F Fashion Communication (Photography): Candidates must have passed the 10th or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- Professional Qualification: Candidates must have passed the 2 Years Diploma after 10th/ ITI in Digital Photographer/Photographer/Video Cameraman/ Information & Communication Technology System or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- Competency – G Fashion Management Studies (Computer/ IT Lab): Candidates must have passed the 10th or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- Professional Qualification: Candidates must have passed the 2 Years Diploma after 10th /ITI in Information & Communication Technology System Maintenance/Desktop Publishing Operator/ Multimedia Animation & Special Effects/Data Entry Operator/ Database System Assistant, 2 Years Diploma after 10th in Computer Application or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
