Officers of Civil Engineering Department Holding Substantively,
- Posts in analogous grade (CDA/IDA) OR
- Posts in Level-10 OR
- Level – 9/8 (CDA) & having 4 years of service in Group ‘B’ OR
- Posts carrying grade IDA E-3 (Rs. 60000-180000/-) for four years.
ii) Senior Manager:
Officers of Civil Engineering Department Holding Substantively,
- Posts in analogous grade (CDA/IDA) OR
- Posts in Level-9/8, Group ‘B’ (GAZETTED) OR
- Posts carrying grade IDA E-2 (Rs. 50000-160000/-) for four years.
